What happened to the Spinworks Application Server? For now, we have decided to postpone its development, and standardize on PHP and Apache. The Spinworks Application Server and associated ebusiness application was a great effort and the result is polished easy to use suite, however, extending the feature set requires special training, and we do not have the service and support infrastructure for such a task. Academics and hobbyists are encouraged to look at the software. Write to us and we will provide software free of charge. We would like to see the concept developed further. We do not recommend it for production use at this time. There is a denial of service bug in the session id code which is fairly easy to fix (a one liner). If you have already installed the software and absolutely need a security fix, we will help you out free of charge. |
